dizmo: A simplified blob-like illustration of me. (jubilation)

Week went too damn fast.

Okay. So, last week, Rainee and I went and tore up central Mis'sippi. Woot!

Okay. Lemme see if I can recall the highlights.

Saturday: Plane landed. Much hugness. Somehow lost my watch between LANDING and picking up my bag. Oops. That evening, went out for burgers at Deja Vu with Rain and her friend Mary. Yummmy burgers. Oh, and we had a cute waiter. His name was CJ. I found that much amusing. After THAT, we went to Sonic. I had a banana cream pie shake and YUM. We were listening to puppies in the car, among other stuff, and Rainee goes and fucks with my head. And she knows exactly what I mean. Ho.

Oh! Right! BEFORE we went out.. Okay, so I bought a Marie Claire to read on the flight... Had Christina Aguilera on it.. This becomes important.

After a bit of drooling over the Justin RS cover, which she has and I don't... she gets an evil idea. She locks me out of the computer room and tells me to amuse myself. I wait.. And then discover that she has printed out smirky-RS-outtake-photo-Chris-being-my-most-fave-picture and cut out his head, sticking it on Justin's torso with tape.

Yow.

Then we have some fun with this disembodied Chris head. Put it on a can of Pringles, on the ceiling above the guest bed, etc., etc...

And then I go and remember that Marie Claire.

It remains there. I later reinforce it with glue.

So I have a magazine with Chris Kirkpatrick's head on Christina Aguilera's body.

It's freakishly hilarious.

And we stay up real late. Okay. That's day one.

Ummm.

I can't remember exact days we did most of the rest of the week stuff. So I'll go on with days that I remember. And then I'll do all the stuff I don't recall what exact day we did it on.

Sunday: Shopping day! Went to the mall first.. At Claire's, we were kinda looking around... And I see.. A silver bead necklace. My first reaction? A remarkably teenie-ish "Ooolookit'saChrisnecklace!" I grabbed it, and was like... "Should I get it?" Rain: "Of course!" Me: "Okay!" Gee. How reluctant I was. We then went to Wal-Mart, got a bunch of girly stuff, and decided to be girly. We watched MBFGL with some of those Biore things on our noses. Much funness. After that, we went out to eat at Ruby Tuesdays. We went all OUT. Like... Appetizers, main meal, and then a fucking whomping huge dessert. Felt like I was gonna explode. Yow. And we stayed up real late.

Monday: Don't recall what we did. But we stayed up real late.

Tuesday: Went and played miniature golf. I dumped my ice cream on the ground. And Rainee beat me. Badly. Darn minigolf. We then went out with Mary to have pizza at Mazzio's. Yum. Pizza. It was good. After THAT, we came back to Rain's and had a puppython. Watched a bunch of my nsync appearances on tape. And broke the coffee table, but we weren't even DOING anything to it. Oops. And Mary spent the night. And we stayed up real late.

Wednesday: Again. Don't recall exactly what we did. But we had fun. And we stayed up real late.

Thursday: Rainee got her hair done! And there was this CUTE little girl, who was actually about ten, but only looked like six.. and she was getting her hair cut.. and she wanted it all SPIKY, 'like the guy in Good Charlotte!' Rainee and I just looked at each other and were like GUHHHHOWCUUUUTE! The hairdresser dude didn't know who GC was, and she was like.. 'They're this cool punk band!' Awwwwwwwwwshoot me. And then we came home and had Lebanese food and it was GOOD and we stayed up real late.

Friday: We went out and made teddy bears. We dressed them up as ourselves and switched them with each other. After much debate on how much of losers we really ARE, we made them matching Nsync necklaces. They are much precious. That evening, we did the goopy facial mask stuff. That was fun. And we stayed up real late.

Saturday: *cries* Packing, getting ready to leave, leaving. Not that either of us WANTED me to leave. But I had to leave. So I left. Didn't stay up real late. :(

Stuff that I don't remember WHEN we did it but we did it: I introduced Rainee to the wonder of Strong Bad e-mails. I THINK that might have been Wednesday.

We wrote a variation of Trogdor. JC the Flaminator. Much with the amusing there.

We e-mailed Kris Fisher, a DJ down there, because he badmouthed a good ass song! That I heart for sentimental reasons.

That song was stalking me, too.

I forced Rainee to read Crunked. She loved it, as I figured she would.

*pondering* I'm sure we did other stuff, but I can't REMEMBER it all.

Um.. Trading Spaces. We watched us some Trading Spaces. And, acourse, gushed over Ty. And tried to figure what the Nsyncers would be like on the show. And agreed that Lance and Doug should never be made to work together. Because that would be.. No.

Okay. That's all I can think of for now. I'll prolly post more later as I think of it.

And pictures WILL come, sooner or later yes.

(Mild spoilers here! I tried to do that turn-it-the-same-color-as-the-background thing, like twice, and it didn't work. Anyway...)

Yes. Yes, I did like it. I liked it so much it hurt.

It's mostly the way I tend to see Chris, at least fic-wise, as everybody's big brother and caretaker who never pays enough attention to himself until he's on the edge of breaking, PLUS that damn sweet beautiful heartwrenching death scene, that just about did me in.

I still haven't read the sequel yet though, since I have 12 chapters of Wuthering Heights to get through tonight. Grrgh.

That almost killed me to write it. Luckily, i still had a few tricks up my sleeve for him. :) Let me know what you think of the sequel once you've had time to get to it. :)
