I am a complete ditz when it comes to these things. I downloaded and I went to the snood page where you change your puzzle preferences and it won't come up, so I am asking for help. Please?

Presuming you have the latest version, go to Preferences/Select Snood Graphics Set. Check the box that says Import a Custom Graphics File, and hit the button that says 'Click Here To Choose a Bitmap File'. Find and select the nsnood.bmp file, and you should be good to go.

Thanks. I figured that out right after I hit post comment. I am playing it now and I should be reading for microbiology, but how can I when I am having justin attach to JC.
