hey, speaking of clay... i was just headed your way to ask if you're going to get tickets to his and kelly's show. they go on sale saturday (i'm sure you probably already knew that.) i want to go. also, do you like john mayer? i can't remember. i might have an extra ticket to his show on feb 20th. lemme know. :-)

I woke up at freakin' 5 this morning to try to win tickets on the Fox morning news show (Of course they didn't actually do the call in til TEN MINUTES AGO and I didn't win ANYWAY, so I have to do it again TOMORROW, but I digress....)
And yes. I do very much enjoy Senor Mayer. I mean, really. ;)
sooo... who are you going to clay's show with? do you want to get tickets together? i could trade ya one john mayer ticket for one clay ticket. LOL. now there's a barrel of goodness. there's so many good shows coming through here in the next couple of months.
assuming you don't win tickets (and i was wondering what the hell you were doing up), how are you planning to get them? 'cause i'll be up at the crack of dawn saturday anyway, since i work from 3am to 7am that day.
LOL. you sound like you ARE the iron chef talking. anyway, how do you want to try and get them? it's not showing up at ticketmaster, which is odd, because i thought thomas and mack events were sold through them. but i only see it on the t&m ticketing site. so we could do that. but like i said, i'll be up, so if you want to go down to the t&m in person or to one of the ticket outlets, we can try that, too.
by the way, i have pretty damn good seats for mayer. first level off the floor, next to the stage. :-)

ok, don't ask me why i kept starting new comments earlier instead of replying. you can tell i was at work and distracted. LOL.
anyway, i'm thinking our best bet is to physically go somewhere and get them. it's usually cheaper that way, too, which is key. there are ticket outlets at a bunch of the station casinos or the meadows mall or we can go down to t&m. all of them open at 10am, of course. t&m might be the most fun, but stations might mean indoor waiting. LOL.
like i said, i will get out of work around 7-7:30-ish. if you have car access, you could meet me somewhere. or i can come pick you up and we shall get in a line somewhere. or something. how does that sound?
(and i will need directions again. and the gate code. :-P )
