Planning ahead...

Talked to Jackie last night on the phone. God, I've known her for practically as long as I've been online. Absolutely nuts. Bar none my oldest and bestest online buddy. Sharing 50-60 page handwritten letters tends to do that. ^_^

Although she insists I have an accent. I don't! It's a lie!

Anyhoo, we're a crafty pair. Indeed. She came up with the wonderful idea that I should come and visit her while she was at school, cuz NYC's much more interesting than Boston. If our spring breaks didn't coincide, it'd be perfect... Well, I was a moron and had NO idea when my spring break WAS... of course, this morning, I come up with an idea where to check. I do... and find out that my spring break is the week before hers. Toooo perfect.

So anyway, I figure, if I'm extremely frugal with my money this semester, and get money for birthday and Christmas, I may well be able to pull this off. The real bummer as far as finances goes is just plain airline tickets. The lowest round-trip fare I've found for flying out from St. Louis on Sunday, and coming back on Friday is 300 bucks. Which really isn't BAD, considering, but... oy, still.

I'll still try, though. :)
